Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Care Payer Growth Operations
Specialist with an analytics focus, remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reporting and analytics for Payer Strategy, Performance,
Market P/L, and Payer Growth operations teams
Work with the Payer Growth team in the execution of go to market
strategies
Establish reporting on campaign performance, drawing evidence-based
insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Value-based care, Analytics, Marketing,
Business, Economics, Health Admin, or a related degree
5+ years of combined experience in data analytics, marketing
operations, reporting, or value-based care
Direct work experience in Payer Contract/Product Marketing
reporting and analytics is strongly preferred
Strong analytics and database skills, with proficiency in Google
Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Experience working with healthcare payers and reporting from
Salesforce.com
