Specialty - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist Place of work (City/State): San Diego, CA 92161 License /Certifications: BLS, IV certification, ARRT, Licensed by the State of California Start Date and Duration: 12 Mar 2024 (13 Weeks) Shift Schedule: 40 hours a week Pay Information: $70 on 1099 Job Description: Operate a super conductive Magnetic Resonance Imager (MRI), a highly complex computerized imaging device which employs the use of strong magnetic fields and radio waves to acquire images of the entire body, including the brain, neck, spine, chest, body, and extremities PACS work experience is good to have Required to be certified and licensed by the State of California. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Minimum of two (2) years of current work experience in specialized modality. Hold a current and valid Advanced ARRT certification in MRI. Have demonstrated experience starting Intravenous (IV) and performing contrast injections. IV certification is required
