Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Specialist I to develop and
implement programs for service delivery and outcomes
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee new implementations and maintenance of assigned
programs
Develop, implement, and monitor project plans to meet goals and
timelines
Facilitate program data collection and reporting; analyze data and
measure outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent
experience; Master's degree preferred
3+ years of behavioral or physical health program experience
Experience with programs and services associated with the Justice
System or First Responders is preferred
Ability to develop training modules and train users
Experience in leading cross-departmental teams for program
development
