Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to
administer and report on 401(k) plans while providing client
support.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to gather necessary information for annual
reporting
Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
Prepare required government filings, including IRS Form 5500
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
work experience preferred
Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL Regulations is
preferred
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
Must pass a background check and meet work from home
requirements
