Job Description:
A company is looking for an HLC Loan Officer to assist clients
with residential mortgage loan origination.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new client loan originations and
relationships
Originate and process residential real estate mortgage
transactions
Maintain client contact throughout the loan process and ensure high
standards of satisfaction and quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent
experience (preferred)
1-3 years of mortgage sales experience (required)
1-3 years of mortgage processing experience (preferred)
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA regulations, and local/state real
estate laws (preferred)
Proficiency in sales/originator systems and workflows
