A company is looking for a Director of Government Affairs &
Policy to shape and execute strategies regarding regulatory and
policy initiatives in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regulatory analysis and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Monitor and evaluate legislation and regulations affecting the
company's products and services
Develop policy positions and maintain a regulatory playbook for
product teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in healthcare government and regulatory
affairs or policy development
Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks
Proven track record in project management and translating
regulatory requirements into business strategies
Experience working with product and technology teams
