Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who
will respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to
product usage.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer product inquiries and troubleshoot software
application issues
Facilitate training sessions and manage issue resolution with
minimal oversight
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to
support product quality programs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or
technical customer support
Knowledge of Health Insurance, Benefits Administration, or SaaS
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
High School diploma or GED required; B.S. or B.A. degree
preferred
