Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential RE Evaluator 2 who will
review residential appraisals for compliance and
reasonableness.
Key Responsibilities
Review residential appraisal reports for compliance with corporate
policies and external regulations
Evaluate the reasonableness of appraisal reports and ensure
adherence to appraisal standards
Manage resolution of audit and post-closing findings in a timely
manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of appraisal review experience
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented
environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
