Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Inbound Call to
work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from contact center representatives and resolve
or transfer to a pharmacist as appropriate
Translate prescriptions from prescribers and enter information into
patient profiles in accordance with state regulations
Ensure quality assurance, report adverse events, and assist with
prescriber and patient outreach
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of relevant experience
Valid Pharmacy Technician license required
Basic math and computer skills including Windows navigation and
Microsoft applications
Must reside in Ohio, Indiana, or Florida
